Keto Cheesy Rolls
Buttery cheesy crispy edges and soft and fluffy on the inside! This is a true keto winner right here!
Ingredients
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 1/2 mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup Italian parsley, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl melt the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in the microwave for 2 minutes, mix until smooth.
- Add the eggs into the melted cheese, almond flour, baking powder. Mix until smooth
- In a small bowl mix the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Set aside
- Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll them in the parmesan cheese. Place in a greased cast-iron skillet.
- Sprinkle with more parmesan cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush the baked keto cheesy rolls with the garlic butter and serve!
