Easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

Fresh shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob — a must try at your next summer cookout, made easy on a sheet pan!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 pound red potatoes
  • 3 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 6 pieces
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 (12.8-ounce) package sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  2. 2In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, thyme, salt, cajun seasoning, and squeeze of one lemon. Set aside.
  3. 3Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir the corn in with the potatoes and cook another 10 minutes; drain.
  4. 4Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage onto the baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over and toss to combine.
  5. 5Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, garnished with parsley.
