Easy Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

Fresh shrimp, smoked sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob — a must try at your next summer cookout, made easy on a sheet pan!
Ingredients
- •1 tablespoon canola oil
- •1 pound red potatoes
- •3 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 6 pieces
- •1/3 cup butter, melted
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- •1/2 teaspoon thyme
- •1 tablespoon salt
- •1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- •2 lemons
- •1 (12.8-ounce) package sausage, thinly sliced
- •1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
- 2In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, thyme, salt, cajun seasoning, and squeeze of one lemon. Set aside.
- 3Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir the corn in with the potatoes and cook another 10 minutes; drain.
- 4Place potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage onto the baking sheet. Pour the butter mixture over and toss to combine.
- 5Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges, garnished with parsley.
